A quick and easy way to make Puto, the Philippine steamed cake. This mix is wheat-flour based, and contains a leavening agent. Try making Puto Pao, individual white cakes filled with ground chicken, carrots, raisins, peas, soy sauce, and a hint of rum or brandy.
